Description
Air is drawn in from the outside and pre-filtered, then filtered through a HEPA (H14) filter to the work surface at a velocity of 0.4 m/s or greater (in accordance with international standards), ensuring that no particles enter the work area and providing total product protection, even under difficult working conditions.
The units operate with a Class 100 (Fed. Std. 209E) or ISO 5 UNE EN ISO 14644 sterile vertical laminar flow. Finally, the airflow is expelled from the front of the unit, creating a positive pressure barrier.
- It is constructed of bent steel and painted with high-resistance paint.
- Washable pre-filter, made of polyamide materials, with 90% efficiency for particles 5 microns in diameter. Located at the top of the unit.
- HEPA H14 filter with 99.999% efficiency for particles 0.3 microns in diameter (EN 1822).
- High-capacity, ultra-quiet EC motor capable of providing both laminar flow and positive pressure.
- Manual control system with motor operation indicator, control of operating and idle speeds. This panel also controls the white LED lighting and the UV light via a switch.
- Front-mounted LED tube lighting to prevent the operator from casting shadows on the workpiece.
- Stainless steel work surface.
- Green Line: Low power consumption thanks to the installation of EC motors and LED lighting; the unit can be placed in standby mode while maintaining sterility.
Options:
- Analog pressure gauge for monitoring filter saturation.
- Gas and vacuum valves. Internal 220 V outlet.
